About The Position

Oracle is seeking an engineering leader to own the vision and execution of software design and development for major components of its Health and AI platform. The role works with product management, architecture, cloud operations, security, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, high-quality enterprise applications and developer platforms. The organization is building in a greenfield environment, including a scalable system for ingesting, filtering, and transporting high volumes of cloud-service events so customers can act on them at scale. The position calls for technical depth across distributed systems and low-level systems, strong people and process management, and a commitment to simplicity, scalability, collaboration, and continued learning. As manager of the OHAI platform engineering team, this role leads architecture and software development while setting technical strategy and engineering practices.
