Requirements

  • University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • 5-10 Years related experience
  • Minimum of 4 years working directly in Supply Chain Planning as a functional expert in one or more Planning Capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data and convert to clear business information.
  • Has strong business acuity, understand the business; portfolio, markets, customers, challenges and demands.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) preferred.
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing, Finance preferred.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, Anaplan) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and regional demand plan process maturity improvements for Americas Vision business.
  • Collaborate across key functions to support the monthly IBP process, facilitating aligned decision making through evaluating and revising projections for demand, supply, inventory, portfolio strategies, strategic projects, and the resulting financial plans.
  • Serve as a leader in the Americas Planning organization, partnering with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and metrics to improve the decision-making process, ensuring IBP process adherence and driving opportunities for process maturity improvement.
  • Build, develop, mentor, and lead multi-functional and virtual team teams in the execution, strategies, and realization of departmental and company goals.
  • Mentor and develop accountable, diverse, and global leaders who inspire and empower others.
  • Communicate information and insights clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
  • Influence Director and VP Levels within the organization (Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain) and in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Drive and apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements with a solution-oriented approach to large and complex projects.
  • Apply business and financial knowledge to drive decisions and key outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment.
  • Collaborate cross functionality to drive the steps of the IBP process, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management, risk and opportunity transparency, and overall business target setting.
  • Influence large scale regional and global teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data, improving the decision-making process to bridge gaps vs. the financial plan and drive profitable trade off decisions where required.
  • Lead IBP reviews with the appropriate Management Boards including maintaining senior leader engagement in the IBP process to drive decision making execution within the process.
  • Advance IBP Planning Capabilities across Vision, leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.
  • Monitor the IBP process to measure process adherence and periodically participates in process assessments.
  • Develop and lead implementation of optimization of supply chain capabilities to further improve the supply chain.
  • Conduct analytics to address business problems with an end-to-end mentality.
  • Support execution of the E2E Sense and Respond process, ensuring deviations are raised (as needed) as defined by process inputs.
  • Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs (both within planning and with other key functions) that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.
  • Lead the Americas Regional Demand Planning Organization, with a focus on strong regional collaboration and process maturity.
  • Standardize and improve planning processes and introduce new processes based on functional expertise, external proven methodologies, and Enterprise Plan standards.
  • Advance process maturity through validated methodologies, training plans, defined technology/reporting roadmaps, and process improvement projects.
  • Own demand planning analytics; develop and deploy a consistent set of tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions.
  • Lead ongoing process governance, regularly monitoring process integrity and compliance.
  • Lead change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives.
