About This Role As deal volume and complexity continue to grow, Omnissa is investing in strong leadership to scale our commercial operations. We are seeking a Senior Manager, AMER Deal Management to lead and evolve our deal governance function across the Americas. This is a people manager role with broad cross-functional visibility and impact. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for deal structuring, pricing governance, and approval execution—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in reducing approval turnaround times, improving deal quality, and enabling Sales to move quickly and confidently in a complex commercial environment.
