For this position on the Global Benefits team, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Manager for the Americas region, who will play a critical role in taking our team, programs and operations to the next level. This position will report directly to the Director, Americas Benefits and will be based in the Bay Area (Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA) office at least 3 days per week. The Manager, Americas Benefits will lead a team of experienced senior benefits program managers who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operational Benefits programs including vendor management. You’ll collaborate closely with Benefits team program managers, and internal partners, such as Compensation, Equity, Global Mobility, People Advisors and Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, Treasury and Legal.
