Weʼre looking for a Senior Manager of AI Engineering to join our global team and lead our US-based group of AI engineers, working in close partnership with peers in India. The team is dedicated to building high-impact, user-facing AI features. Requirements

For 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in applied AI/ML or intelligent automation.
Proven success leading engineering teams in US while collaborating daily with India-based counterparts.
Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and microservices at scale.
A people leader who can coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
Strong communicator with the ability to align across time zones, cultures, and functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow an AI engineering team in US as part of a unified global AI team.
Partner with Product Managers and peers to define priorities, share roadmaps, and deliver projects that matter.
Build and scale the Agentic AI solutions — enabling reusable AI agents, orchestration, and enterprise-grade guardrails.
Deliver Applied AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer/employee experiences.
Ensure engineering excellence through secure design, scalable architectures, and reliable delivery.
Collaborate across functions — Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Business stakeholders — to accelerate AI adoption at scale.
