About The Position

Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Senior Manager, AI and Data Analytics (in Princeton, NJ). This role serves as the technical lead across Enabling Functions (Finance, Procurement, Audit) stakeholders to architect, design, and develop analytical and data solutions. The position will develop Artificial Intelligence solutions for the Enabling functions business use cases, and design and deliver the Enabling Functions Data and Analytics Solutions across domains. The Senior Manager will coordinate with business users and internal data stakeholders for technical decisions and options, and support the daily operation and future enhancements of Enterprise Data Lake domains focused on Finance, procurement, and Audit. Additionally, the role involves developing technology platform strategy, supporting releases, and making technical recommendations across the data ecosystem. The Senior Manager will architect and develop data solutions according to legal and company guidelines. Telecommuting is permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and six (6) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience as a Database Architect or related occupation.
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Technical design and development with Python or AWS technologies;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Utilizing data lake technologies such as Cloudera Data Platform or Snowflake;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Artificial Intelligence tools;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Working in AWS Redshift/S3/ RDS, Native AWS Services, and Database design;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Understanding Domino or data lake principles;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Developing and adhering to data management governance procedures;
  • Six (6) years of experience with/in: Assessing system performance and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities
