About The Position

Join a team that is shaping the future of digital product performance within Pratt & Whitney Canada Aftermarket. As Senior Manager, Product Performance Systems, Analytics & Data, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of advanced analytics, data, and digital capabilities that enhance the reliability and maintainability of propulsion systems worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation initiatives, shape digital and analytics capabilities, and develop innovative data products that improve propulsion system reliability, support service excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil or Mississauga, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product ownership, analytics, or data platforms in regulated or industrial environments.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar analytics/data platforms.
  • Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and product performance processes.
  • Strong background in data governance, quality, and cross-functional leadership.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or fleet performance environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PLM, CRM, and operational data integrations.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, DPHM, FMEA, and RCM concepts.
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Experience Reliability, Maintainability and Availability engineer in Aerospace

Responsibilities

  • Lead product performance digital systems, analytics, and data products in Customer Programs.
  • Define digital product strategy, roadmap, KPIs, budgets, and delivery priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business System Transformation team, Engineering, Operations, IT, MRO, and external suppliers to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Oversee data products, analytics models, reporting, workflows, and reliability insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness across enterprise systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and predictive maintenance capabilities through analytics and DPHM integration.
  • Manage suppliers and translate stakeholder needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Serve as the senior owner for product performance systems and data quality.
