About The Position

Lead the development and end to end execution of the innovative HEINZ Remix business, with responsibility for scaling the next launch of HEINZ Remix machines in Away From Home settings. This strategic role will lead a team that owns the operating model and Go-To-Market strategy that will drive growth, strengthen customer value, and position HEINZ Remix for long-term scale.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, though candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
Proven track record of managing teams, leading projects, and driving business growth through innovation and strategic planning.
Strong ability to think strategically, simplify complex challenges, and provide long-term guidance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions and secure positive business outcomes.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
Motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive business outcomes.
Ability to travel is required (approximately 35%)
