About The Position

The Senior Manager, Affiliate Community is responsible for building and scaling Influencer’s cross-platform social commerce and affiliate creator ecosystem. This role recruits, activates, and manages hundreds of creators at scale, driving consistent content output, engagement, and measurable performance across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and emerging commerce channels. As the connective tissue between brands and creator communities, this role architects the systems, communication, and incentive structures that turn creators into an always-on performance engine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator community management.
  • Proven experience recruiting and managing creator or affiliate communities at scale.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and commerce content - and what makes it convert versus traditional brand content.
  • Experience activating creators across TikTok Shop, affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, etc) or similar performance environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable increases in creator output, engagement, and participation.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor within a fast-moving, build-phase division.
  • A systems mindset, able to design scalable community processes rather than rely on 1:1 management.
  • Strong communication skills, able to motivate, educate, and inspire creators at scale.
  • Analytical instincts, with the ability to interpret performance signals and translate them into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with strategy, operations, and paid media teams.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and scale a high-quality affiliate creator community across multiple brand portfolios.
  • Manage and activate hundreds of creators at scale through structured community levers, not 1:1 dependency.
  • Design and implement scalable community infrastructure, including communication cadence, engagement channels, and incentive distribution.
  • Drive consistent creator output across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce, and livestream formats.
  • Coach creators on affiliate and social commerce best practices to ensure content is conversion-focused and platform-native.
  • Increase active creator rates, posting frequency, and overall content volume across programs.
  • Monitor community health and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Support the execution of incentive mechanics, championships, and educational initiatives that drive measurable output.
  • Translate performance signals into actionable feedback that improves creator productivity and content effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Affiliate Operations to ensure seamless tracking, linking, and commission alignment.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Paid Media, and Client Services to align creator activation with broader performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Influencer’s affiliate community playbooks and scalable activation frameworks.
