As Bark’s Senior Affiliate Program Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution and growth of our affiliate channel, combining strong program operations with data-driven optimization to drive sustainable, mission-aligned revenue. You’ll manage partner performance, ensure tracking and attribution integrity, and develop a clear optimization roadmap in partnership with the Director of Partnership Growth. In this role, you’ll bring strategic recommendations forward, then own execution and reporting of outcomes—while operating within clear business and brand guardrails. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align partner needs, promotional mechanics, and creative assets, ensuring the channel scales with quality, compliance, and brand safety.
