About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to be a Senior Manager, Accounting & Controllership in the Raytheon Financial Accounting organization. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated financial manager with strong analytical skills to gain experience at the Business Unit Headquarters level. This role is responsible for supporting multiple accounting projects at the Raytheon level. This role is highly collaborative and requires working across various groups in support of ongoing accounting initiatives and ad-hoc projects such as re-organizations and divestitures.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field & a minimum of 10 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 8 years finance experience
Experience with SAP or a similar financial system
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
