The position acts as the Account Director for various programs, providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to the Account Management team. It involves collaboration with internal operations and clinical teams to develop and execute best practices, promote client solutions and satisfaction, and deploy ongoing training for account managers. The role serves as a subject matter expert, overseeing pharmacy program implementations, client relationship management, Quarterly Business Reviews, and client strategies. It focuses on developing the skills and capabilities of Account Managers in areas such as analytical problem-solving, client relationship management, program implementation excellence, trend management, and formulary and rebate management. The role also involves developing tools and processes to enhance clinical program and relationship management, overseeing escalated client issues, and reviewing/providing feedback on Request for Proposal responses. The Senior Manager will analyze data for client meetings and presentations and lead client presentations.
