Responsibilities

  • Oversee 340B pharmacy programs: Manage all aspects of the 340B programs, including sales calls, contract management, and store-level operations.
  • Develop and implement system solutions: Create processes and manage projects to ensure compliance with legal requirements, increase efficiency, and improve profitability.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert: Serve as the internal and external leader for all 340B-related matters, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborate with various departments: Work with divisions, legal, and finance departments to identify new opportunities, manage existing business, and ensure proper accounting procedures.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports: Provide direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to direct reports, ensuring the successful administration of 340B programs.
