About The Position

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly energetic Senior Management Consultant for USDA APHIS proposal activities. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills. The consultant will work as part of the business operations team to ensure compliance with proposal requirements, review and prepare transition and staffing plans for government submission, provide consulting and leadership support for strategic planning, organization design, and process improvement, and deliver a Weekly Status Report highlighting work performed, risks, and issues.

Requirements

Masters Degree in agriculture or related degrees relevant to APHIS mission.
20+ years’ experience in government program delivery.
Demonstrated experience supporting USDA agencies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Must be able to obtain a USDA public trust clearance.
US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Work as part of the business operations team to ensure compliance with proposal requirements.
