As a Senior Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our clients through strategic planning, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Requirements

3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience.
Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.).
A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods.
Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Skilled problem solvers with the desire and ability to create and implement innovative solutions.
Adaptable professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $105,400 - $115,900 annually.
