About The Position

As we expand our U.S. presence, Implement Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience at a reputable management consultancy to help grow our Finance & Risk practice in Raleigh. This role combines strategic advisory, transformation leadership, and entrepreneurial influence in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment. You will lead and deliver high-impact Finance & Risk engagements, advising CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders across industries. We work from strategy through implementation — ensuring lasting results. Requirements

Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy
Expertise in Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation
A proven track record of leading complex programs
Experience advising senior finance and risk stakeholders
An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a growing practice
Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
