About The Position
BluePath Labs is seeking a Part-Time Senior Management Analyst to support a civilian client. This role involves providing senior-level analytical, planning, and documentation support across workforce planning, quality management, financial operations, and business process improvement. The analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, drafting standard operating procedures, supporting business analysis studies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and operational efficiency. This position is contingent upon contract award and is for inclusion in a proposal for an upcoming government contract.
Requirements
- U. S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 10 years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with workforce planning
- Familiarity with quality management systems
- Familiarity with process improvement & documentation
- Familiarity with business case analysis

Responsibilities
