About The Position

This role focuses on implementing operational assessment findings to drive progress in organizational model optimization. The Senior Management Analyst will be instrumental in operationalizing the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. This involves leading facilitation sessions, developing new operations and reporting procedures, prioritizing assessment findings, and developing clarifying guidance around CISA’s National Coordinator responsibilities. The role also includes developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and tracking implementation activities to improve accountability and communication regarding operational transformation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings.
  • Experience ensuring progress in organizational model optimization.
  • Experience operationalizing duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead the facilitation of sessions across the organization and Sector Risk Management Agencies (SRMAs).
  • Experience developing new operations and reporting procedures during steady state and incident response.
  • Ability to lead in the prioritization of assessment findings.
  • Experience developing tiger teams with lead federal sponsors to coordinate and execute CISA operating model enhancement efforts.
  • Experience leading the development of clarifying guidance around CISA’s National Coordinator responsibilities.
  • Experience leading the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure CISA’s effectiveness in the National Coordinator role.
  • Experience actively tracking implementation activities across the Agency to improve accountability and communication regarding the operational transformation.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • DHS Suitability Clearance
