About The Position

The Senior Management Accountant will serve as a technical accounting lead across multiple US entities, combining public accounting expertise with internal financial oversight. This role is responsible for reviewing and improving financial records, supporting month-end close, advising on accounting treatment, and partnering with internal finance teams and external advisors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience, preferably in public accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close
Experience managing multiple entities or clients
Strong communication and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

CPA or CPA eligible
Multi-entity or multi-currency experience
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sage
Experience working with auditors and tax advisors

Responsibilities

Review historical financial data across multiple entities to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
Identify accounting issues, inconsistencies, and process gaps and provide guidance or corrections
Act as a technical accounting resource to finance teams
Review month-end close deliverables including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
Support complex accounting areas such as payroll, tax entries, fixed assets, and depreciation
Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and tax filings
Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting firms
Support tax planning activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Standardization and improving accounting processes
Provide guidance and review work
Support due diligence and integration of acquisitions
