About The Position
Spring Haven is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team serving a large senior living community (over 300,000 sq. ft., 299 units). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, HVAC certified, and passionate about providing exceptional service to our residents.
Requirements
- HVAC Certification required
- Proven experience with mini-splits, split systems, soldering, PTAC and package unit installation
- Plumbing and electrical skills required
- Experience in large senior living communities (300,000+ sq. ft. and/or 200+ units) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and passionate about serving the senior population
- Ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (mini-splits, traditional split systems, PTACs, package units)
- Conduct soldering, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Install and maintain PTACs and package units
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure the safety, security, and functionality of building systems
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure resident satisfaction
- Complete routine inspections and document all maintenance activities
