- Proficiency in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer technical manuals
Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair of complex high-volume production machinery and facility equipment.
- Execute and optimize scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures, moving from reactive fixes to predictive equipment care.
- Maintain absolute alignment with OSHA safety regulations, enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and champion a clean, hazard-free shop environment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software to track, document, and close out maintenance work orders efficiently.
- Accurately read manufacturer technical manuals to source, catalog, and order critical replacement parts to reduce supply chain downtime.
