About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations such as OSHA.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions and facility issues promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using the hotel’s management system.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests 24/7 to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
