SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

About The Position
Ready for more than just another maintenance job? This role involves completing maintenance work orders, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. You will also respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation, coordinate with vendors and property management teams, help train and mentor new maintenance technicians, and deliver outstanding service to residents.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders
- Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs
- Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation
- Coordinate with vendors and property management teams
- Help train and mentor new maintenance technicians
