This is an opportunity with a growing company, seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team at properties in the East Portland, OR area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
