About The Position

This is a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team at properties in the San Diego college area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
