About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficient knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills daily to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, ensuring all hotel systems function seamlessly.
Strong troubleshooting abilities enable the technician to quickly identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime.
Communication skills are essential for coordinating with hotel staff, vendors, and contractors to schedule maintenance activities and explain technical issues clearly.
Organizational skills support maintaining detailed maintenance records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Leadership and mentoring skills are applied to guide junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled maintenance team.

Nice To Haves
