About the Role The Senior Maintenance Technician provides advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, contractor oversight, and preventative maintenance leadership across multiple facilities. This position replaces one of our existing maintenance roles and enhances our internal technical capacity. You will: Lead complex repairs beyond routine maintenance Strengthen preventative maintenance systems and compliance Mentor maintenance staff and students Oversee contractors to ensure safety, quality, and cost control Support urgent and after-hours maintenance response Contribute to continuity and institutional knowledge within the team
