About The Position

This is a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team at properties in the Sacramento, CA area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
• On-call rotation
