About The Position

This position is for a full-time residential repairperson in Bagdad, AZ. On-site housing accommodations can be provided at no charge to reduce commuting time. The workload would include residential handyman-type tasks for mobile homes and RV travel trailers. Skills and experience should include computer literacy, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, carpentry, and general construction. HVAC experience is preferable.

Requirements

Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and any shift.
Must be willing to work in varying outdoor/indoor weather conditions and environments at a variety of tasks.
Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures including grooming standards and safety regulations.
Must be willing to maintain strict security of the total energy plant engine room as well as the complete facility.
Must be willing to maintain a home telephone for emergency calls.
Must be willing to acquire and use personal hand tools to perform job duties.
Must have a working knowledge of electrical circuitry, plumbing, carpentry, and air handlers and controls.
Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to assist all personnel in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
Previous experience as a maintenance repair person.
Extensive knowledge of building construction and maintenance trades.
Must be able to comprehend service manuals, read gauges, write reports and logs, maintain timecards, etc.
Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.

HVAC experience is preferable.
