About The Position
Lead High-Performing Maintenance Operations Are you an experienced maintenance leader ready to make an impact at one of the world's most advanced automated facilities? As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you'll lead maintenance operations within an Amazon fulfillment center, driving equipment reliability, safety, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You'll develop high-performing teams, partner with Operations and Engineering leaders, and help ensure world-class service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role offers significant career growth with opportunities to advance into Regional Maintenance Manager and other senior leadership positions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automated facilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, conveyor, controls, and automated systems.
- Proven experience leading teams and improving equipment reliability.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations for a highly automated facility.
- Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians.
- Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Partner with site leadership to support operational goals.
