The primary role of the Senior Maintenance First Line Supervisor is to improve the work force productivity by supporting daily maintenance opportunities and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, permissions, specialized documentation, and equipment access. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety needs are given a top priority in facilitating daily work. The scope of this position consists of giving direction / assistance to our process mechanics while interfacing with the production group and external construction organization. It will be necessary to interface with vendors to keep abreast of new developments and apply their expertise to solve problems.
