About The Position

This role requires a Senior Maintenance Crew Leader who will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting the Account Manager, conducting follow-up inspections, managing specific sites/routes, and communicating with clients. The position also involves employee development and training, irrigation system checks, water management, plant identification, supervising new plantings, troubleshooting pests, and conducting team and safety meetings. Additional duties include managing paperwork like work orders and purchase orders, evaluating production and budget hours, and conducting performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Computer skills
• GED or equivalent
• English (verbal/written/reading comprehension)
• Smart phone

• Assist Account Manager

• Maintain primary responsibility of specific site/route
