Requirements

8+ years of software development experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications.
Mainframe development expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM.
Ability to perform detailed analysis and documentation for maintenance and improvement projects in the batch and online environments.
Ability to deploy and support software releases into production environments.
Data security skills.
Detailed and thorough with unit, functional and regression testing.
Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Growth mentality to learn new technologies and skills and seek to share that knowledge with squad members.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of MQ.
Proven Experience writing COBOL/Native stored procedures.
Experience in Distributed Technologies (Nice to have/Willing to learn).
