About The Position

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying machine learning models to revolutionize P&C insurance while also contributing to the creation of intelligent systems that enhance risk assessment, pricing, and overall decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years experience in machine learning in an insurance setting.
• One (1) or more years experience with NVIDIA hardware and software ecosystems, particularly DGX A100 systems.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops, trains, and optimizes machine learning models that support P&C insurance.
• Collaborates with data engineers to build scalable, efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Implements machine learning algorithms and frameworks compatible with NVIDIA DGX A100 infrastructure.
• Conducts advanced data analysis and complex experiments with structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stays current with the latest research and technology and communicates findings to the broader team.
