Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, Spark, or Hadoop
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Familiarity with model deployment using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GenAI or LLM-based applications
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, and tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for real-world use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and prepare data
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Build and maintain pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment
• Monitor and evaluate model performance in production
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML and GenAI
• Write clean, maintainable code and documentation for reproducibility
