About The Position

The Senior M&A Integrations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the M&A Integration Leads to ensure that newly acquired advisor practices are fully prepared to operate successfully on the Hightower platform. This position is key to delivering a smooth and efficient integration experience, enabling advisors to thrive within the Hightower community. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working within a financial advisor practice, coupled with a strong sense of curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. They should be adept at thinking critically, anticipating challenges, and driving solutions that create a seamless transition for incoming practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational, client-facing role within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services technology, including CRM systems, client reporting tools, custodial platforms, and other industry-standard applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Gain deep insight into each advisor practice undergoing an M&A transaction to tailor a smooth and effective integration experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Hightower platform to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and assist in developing customized training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Hightower to identify operational nuances and address areas requiring special attention.
  • Collaborate with Integration Leads to enhance project plans by incorporating the unique characteristics of each new practice.
  • Manage and monitor progress using project management tools, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of integration milestones.
  • Measure success through KPIs, including advisor platform readiness, adoption and usage rates, and pre- vs. post-close processing performance.
