About The Position

The Senior M&A Integrations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the M&A Integration Leads to ensure that newly acquired advisor practices are fully prepared to operate successfully on the Hightower platform. This position is key to delivering a smooth and efficient integration experience, enabling advisors to thrive within the Hightower community. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working within a financial advisor practice, coupled with a strong sense of curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. They should be adept at thinking critically, anticipating challenges, and driving solutions that create a seamless transition for incoming practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in an operational, client-facing role within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment strongly preferred.
Familiarity with financial services technology, including CRM systems, client reporting tools, custodial platforms, and other industry-standard applications.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

Gain deep insight into each advisor practice undergoing an M&A transaction to tailor a smooth and effective integration experience.
Maintain expert knowledge of the Hightower platform to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and assist in developing customized training programs.
Partner with subject matter experts across Hightower to identify operational nuances and address areas requiring special attention.
Collaborate with Integration Leads to enhance project plans by incorporating the unique characteristics of each new practice.
Manage and monitor progress using project management tools, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of integration milestones.
Measure success through KPIs, including advisor platform readiness, adoption and usage rates, and pre- vs. post-close processing performance.

Base salary of $85,000-$95,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
