About The Position

Xite is a leading healthcare M&A advisory and practice brokerage firm specializing in sell-side representation for high-performing dental, medical, plastic surgery, urgent care, emergency room, and related healthcare practices. With deep expertise in private equity, buyer dynamics, and practice-level financial performance, Xite delivers strategic, data-driven outcomes for healthcare entrepreneurs nationwide. We are growing rapidly and seeking an Analyst to join our team at our Richardson, Texas headquarters. As an Analyst at Xite, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A advisory, practice brokerage, and valuation efforts. This role is highly analytical, client and buyer-facing, with meaningful involvement throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will analyze the financial and operational health of medical practices, prepare marketing and diligence materials for buyers and investors, and help identify trends, risks, and value-creation opportunities. Candidate should have the following attributes:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working within a DSO or MSO environment
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong understanding of EBITDA, valuation multiples, and M&A terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and practice management/EMR systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, EagleSoft, EZDerm, and similar platform

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and recast practice financial statements, including P&Ls, balance sheets, tax returns, production reports, and related financial and operational data
  • Develop and maintain valuation models, including EBITDA normalization, pro forma projections, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze practice management and EMR software reports and reconcile operational data to financial statements
  • Support the creation of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), teasers, and financial exhibits for active transactions
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including managing data rooms and responding to buyer and investor requests
  • Conduct market research and benchmark financial performance against comparable practices and transactions
  • Support brokers and managing directors with deal structuring insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation preparation
