About The Position

The M&A team is seeking to add temporary analysts to support a merger. These positions involve handling large data files to load opportunities, quote, and book contracts. The data is sourced from CSI, requiring meticulous attention to detail to validate information and investigate discrepancies. Analysts will coordinate and support integration activities with other team members to ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for quoting and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel pivot tables.
• Ability to perform x-lookups, filtering, and other basic Excel formulas.
• Strong analytical skills to address non-standard processes during acquisitions.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team communication.

Nice To Haves

• Background in data analytics, finance, or economics.
• Numbers-driven mindset and comfort with data formulation.

Responsibilities
