About The Position

We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven sales professional to represent premium residential audio, video, automation, and smart home solutions for luxury homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers. This role focuses on delivering bespoke entertainment and lifestyle technology experiences for high-net-worth clients in custom homes and estates. The ideal candidate combines consultative sales expertise, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for luxury technology, design, and client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, residential AV, smart home integration, or custom electronics
  • Strong understanding of: Home theaters, Distributed audio systems, Smart home automation, Lighting control, Networking and Wi-Fi solutions, Security and surveillance systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with affluent clientele and high-end trade professionals
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with premium brands preferred
  • Proven track record of closing high-value projects
  • Luxury Brand Familiarity: Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with luxury homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
  • Consult clients on customized home entertainment, automation, lighting control, networking, and security solutions
  • Design and present tailored high-performance AV experiences for estates, penthouses, and luxury residences
  • Conduct showroom demonstrations and private client presentations
  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure flawless project execution
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships
  • Maintain detailed project pipelines and sales forecasts
  • Stay current on premium AV and smart home technologies, luxury design trends, and emerging lifestyle solutions
  • Deliver white-glove customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond
