Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any Engineering course
• At least 2 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the lubricants, fuel, petroleum, FMCG, or related industries
• Proven experience working with distributors and direct accounts

Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage lubricants distributors, sub-distributors, and wholesalers within the assigned territory
• Penetrate key trade and sales channels, including auto supply shops, motorcycle shops, industrial accounts, IWS, and LPG dealers
• Achieve target volume and profitability goals
• Ensure Phoenix Lubricants' availability in all retail stations within the assigned area
• Drive product presence across relevant online platforms where Phoenix Lubricants is applicable
• Support and ensure partners' profitability through effective account management and collaboration
