About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our Philadelphia, PA location. As a Senior Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment
  • 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • SAP/WMS experience
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or a related field of study
  • Advanced proficiency with SAP, Koerber, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous project management experience
  • Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically, and work well in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
