About The Position

This position serves as a senior technical leader for 2 Circle Inc, enabling high-velocity sustainment, improved aircraft availability, innovative product support solutions, and world-class logistics performance for national defense partners. The candidate is responsible for leading enterprise-level sustainment, supply chain strategy, product support integration, and logistics planning across complex aerospace systems in partnership with engineering, program offices, government stakeholders, and industry providers. The position requires deep expertise in Air Force logistics operations, product support management, lifecycle sustainment, data-driven risk analysis, and cross-functional teaming for national security missions. They will support the B-2 System Program Office (SPO) as a B-2 Logistics, Supply Chain, and Support Equipment Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will also assist the Government engineering and logistics teams with the critical assessment, program management, planning, resource allocation and general project completion leading to mission success. These tasks include facilitating project activities between the SPO and the performers. The candidate will provide expert process support, technical program recommendations, and specialized expertise with aircraft systems/sub-systems.

Requirements

• Expert understanding and working knowledge of sound logistics and maintenance processes, including flight-line operations, manpower and resource management, safety and certification policies, and established operational practices.
• 20+ years applicable experience with logistics policy/processes, aircraft production, quality control, and DoD systems engineering policies, procedures, and organizations, with minimum of 10 years B-2 experience.
• Experienced in coordinating with depot level maintenance personnel and depot managers on procurement, management, and transportation of emergency assets, to include support equipment, to meet flying commitments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
• Knowledgeable in technical data publications, aircraft maintenance sustainment, and logistics management.
• Able to generate detailed reports for governing authorities to assist in providing action plans with analytical data, that builds procedures in support of the B-2 aircraft lifecycle logistics, maintenance and modification efforts.
• Active (or ability to obtain) Special Access Programs eligibility with SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing detailed technical subject matter expert information for all activities and phases of aircraft logistics and support activities for aircraft modifications and sustainment.
• Support the Engineering Branch in program execution and management.
• Support reviews with the Engineering Branch and other SPO leadership as required.
• Provide expertise and guidance to the requirements and risk management processes and coordinate with the Integrated Master Schedule and management metrics.
• Support the Program Office in managing costs and delivering a quality aircraft/project on time.
• Assist the Program Office in providing solutions, products, or services based on research findings, interpretation, and analysis.
