As the Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will perform inventory control of finished goods. You will coordinate cross-functionally with various teams in our state-of-the-art pet food manufacturing facility to track, prioritize and manage inventory using various systems and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in inventory tracking, logistics coordination and/or warehouse management systems in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution center, military or related environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements
- Manage warehouse inventories of all finished goods and products in hold, salvaged or aged status
- Identify, analyze and address variances while prioritizing multiple demands and providing direct support to cross-functional teams
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain product information in the enterprise resource planning system
- Act as functional expert for SAP EWM, providing support and training to warehouse operators as needed
- Oversee the administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, reliability, timeliness and compliance of records and reports of finished good shipments
- Promote efficient operations and effective resource management within the organization
