This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. Summary: HII–Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program. The Senior Logistics Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive logistics support, including supervising logistics operations, reviewing and recommending improvements to professional administrative documents, and conducting quality control on work completed by logistics support personnel. This role directly impacts the logistics operations of the USMC MCICOM Installation CBRNE Protection Program and supports First Responders located on Marine Corps installations worldwide. This role supports a remote work schedule.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • More than five years of experience planning, coordinating, and facilitating logistics operations
  • Experience reviewing professional-level documents and providing timely, constructive feedback
  • Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Experience engaging in and leading individual and team discussions and meetings

  • Knowledge/Familiarity of CBRNE/HazMat equipment

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and facilitating professional logistics support
  • Identifying and analyzing logistical challenges, and providing recommended solutions
  • Reviewing, editing, and finalizing professional communications and correspondence
  • Developing and delivering professional briefs focused on logistics and supply operations
  • Participating in MCICOM and/or regional installation-level meetings and teleconferences, providing required support as directed by the Government Logistics Manager
