CACI is seeking a Navy Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) program efforts at Commander Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic (CNSL) in Norfolk, VA. This role involves serving as a principal analyst and technical expert for emergent procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes related to CNSL Littoral Combat ships’ HM&E and C5I equipment. The analyst will communicate and coordinate with various Navy supply system organizations to ensure parts delivery, manage the flow of hard-to-find components to surface ships, and provide logistic and material readiness support to the Readiness Operations Center-Materiel (ROC-M). Responsibilities include analyzing databases and message traffic to develop recommendations on parts availability, procurement, transportation, trends, and costs associated with emergent repairs. The role also involves communicating with ISIC staff for cannibalization actions and other non-conventional procurement methods, conducting business process analysis, developing solutions for process improvement, and preparing presentations and briefings for military and civil service personnel. The analyst will collect, review, monitor, and analyze data to assess logistics readiness, develop performance metrics and reports, and prepare draft messages, reports, briefs, and presentations.
