About The Position

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Logistician to join its vehicle sustainment team in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role provides maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. The Senior Logistician supports logistics efforts under the oversight of more senior positions and may also perform functional duties. The position is onsite and full time.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree and 9 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 15 years of relevant experience.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for the location where the work will be performed.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.
• Be a U.S. citizen with a current/active Secret clearance.
• Be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
• Be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Be able to work in high-noise areas.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and small parts.
• Be able to work with computers and CRTs and type on a computer keyboard.

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to travel to various U.S. or OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist more senior positions and/or perform functional duties under their oversight in support of logistics efforts.
• Analyze and coordinate logistical functions.
• Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Pack, ship, receive, and transport parts, items, and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
