Two trades retail brands (electrical and plumbing): organic web leads down 24% and 44% YoY respectively. A third trades brand (HVAC): organic web leads up 7% YoY — proof that recovery is possible with the right execution. These gaps are recoverable. The discrepancies across brands point to execution and infrastructure issues, not market conditions. This role exists to find and close them.
