Requirements

Bachelors or Associates degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in lending, loan administration, underwriting, loan review, quality control, or a related banking function.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and banking regulations is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop staff

Responsibilities

Reviewing loan files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Identifying documentation exceptions and working with the lending staff to resolve issues
Monitoring quality control standards and internal procedures
Conducting audits and quality review of loan documentation
Supporting internal and external examination processes
Tracking trends and recommending progress improvements
Assisting with risk management initiatives related to loan operations
Ensuring adherence to bank policies and industry regulations
