About The Position

Affinity's Loan Processing team is looking for a personable and detail-oriented person to serve as a Senior Loan Processing Administrator. The ideal candidate will have loan documentation experience, a collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma, plus 3 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically in lending
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex loan applications/renewals and amendments and related loan documentation, including proper set-up on the banking system and posting of loan entries
• Acts as the senior level problem solver to resolve escalated loan support requests.
• Develops and maintains detailed procedures for the activities of the position, including proactively seeking ways to achieve increased efficiencies or enhanced streamlining.
• Process loan payments, payouts and disburses funds
• Maintain daily tracking systems for expiry and renewal dates of insurance, mortgages, annual reviews and loan-related items
