About The Position

The Senior Loan Closing Administrator (SLCA) leads and provides advanced expertise and execution support for the national team of LIIF’s internal commercial real estate loan closings. This role serves as a subject-matter expert and escalation point, supporting high-complexity transactions and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the closing lifecycle. The SLCA ensures accurate, compliant closing of predevelopment, acquisition, construction, and permanent loans for affordable housing, childcare, charter schools, and other community facilities.
